After the first few months I had a misunderstanding about treatments and billing cycles and was promptly called with explanations as to how it worked. They agreed to match my previous treatments and were very open, honest, and kind. They are following up between visits to check for wasps I've seen. Exo Pest are the best they come every three months spray for ants clean out any wasp nest that try to take up residence and anything else I need sprayed. If I see any ants between the times I give them a call and they come out right away. They also take care of mice
